Hendershott Wealth Management® is a thriving and distinctive financial services firm seeking a full-time, fully remote Client Services & Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth client account operations, accurate form processing, and seamless communication that keeps our clients supported and cared for.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process client account forms with precision, including new accounts, contributions/distributions (including RMDs), beneficiary changes, and bank linkages.
  • Track requests through to completion and proactively communicate status updates to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Redtail) and complete workflows consistently.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings and assist with agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Enter data into our financial planning software.
  • Conduct operational account audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Skills Required

  • Thorough understanding of all standard investment types and investment account types.
  • Broad knowledge of financial services world.
  • Experience with Schwab and Fidelity forms and e-signature systems (like DocuSign).
  • Ability to prioritize and achieve agreed-upon outcomes without supervision.
  • Demonstrably strong IT skills.
  • Uses time effectively and communicates regularly and transparently.
  • Previous experience in handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills – clear and technically precise.
  • Strong interpersonal aptitude – treats clients and colleagues with dignity, respect, and care.
  • Detail-oriented with a fixation on perfectly completed processes and forms.
  • Strong listening and problem solving skills.
  • Values personal growth, always willing to learn and stretch outside your comfort zone.
  • Actively strengthens our team culture and live out our shared values in daily work.

Things to Know

  • Full-time, remote position, working Pacific Time.
  • Compensation range: $55,000 – $85,000 
  • Training provided.
  • Computer provided; reliable internet and phone required.
  • Standard background check required.
