In this conversation, we’ll explore what matters most to you, what you’re working toward, and what challenges or opportunities lie ahead. We’ll also gather the financial details we need so that any plan we create is not only accurate, but deeply aligned with your real life.
At the same time, you’ll get a clear sense of what it’s like to be a client at HWM, what you can expect from us, how we communicate, and how we’ll partner with you over time.

Step Two
INVESTMENT PLAN MEETING
This virtual conversation is usually hosted via Zoom and also takes approximately 60 minutes. We can ask for one week of time between meetings.
Between Step One and Step Two, we bring together what we’ve learned about your goals and resources with our decades of experience and the evidence-based principles that guide our investment philosophy.
In the Investment Plan Meeting, we’ll walk you through both our investment philosophy and a personalized investment plan designed to give you the strongest possible path toward achieving what matters most to you. You’ll also have plenty of time to ask questions about the plan, our process, our firm, and what it’s like to work with us.
These meetings are designed to give you the clarity you need to make an informed decision—and to help us both determine whether a long-term partnership feels like the right fit.
So we can prepare effectively, we’ll ask you to upload the relevant financial documents ahead of time through our secure online portal.
